How to ensure I get my verification code.

If you checked your email inbox and could not find your verification email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as it may have been blocked or filtered. If this is the case, be sure to add "support@mail.gallup.com" to your safe senders list.

Using a school email and unable to receive your verification code?

Try using an alternate, non-school email address.

Return to www.strengthsquest.com and sign in with the username and password you just created. This will lead you to a page where you can change it yourself.

  • Replace your school email with a different email address

  • Follow the on-screen prompts

  • Receive a new verification request

Once your account is activated, you may change the email address back to your school email address through your Account Settings. Your account must be registered to a "@[school].edu" email address to receive the education discount.
