You can use the Admin Reporting tool to generate CliftonStrengths reports (PDF format) for individuals who have completed the CliftonStrengths assessment.

To do so, first use the tool's search ability to identify individuals in your access code data.

After you have performed a search, follow these steps to use the list of search results to generate reports:

  1. Select each individual's corresponding check box on the left side of the search results. You can also select individuals across multiple pages of search results (up to 100 individuals).
  2. Select a report from the Report Options drop-down list. The Signature Theme Report is the most commonly used report, but you can choose whichever report you want.
  3. Click Generate Report to create a PDF report for each individual you selected. Use your PDF-viewing software (e.g., Adobe Reader) to print or save the reports. If you cannot view the reports, please ensure that your web browser's pop-up blocker is not interfering.

NOTE: The Admin Reporting tool generates reports only for individuals who have completed the CliftonStrengths assessment (i.e., with an SF Status of Y).
