Ron Gaschler

Ron Gaschler serves as Associate Director, Career Services & Alumni Relations for Bridgepoint Education, Inc. He has expertise in planning, implementation, training, evaluation, career services, student success, first-year programs, and at-risk students.
Ron began using StrengthsQuest in 2000 as the Assistant Director for Career Services at Azusa Pacific University. As his career advanced, so did his use of StrengthsQuest. As the Director of Career and Educational Planning at Mesa Community College, a Maricopa County Community College, Ron piloted and implemented the use of StrengthsQuest. While with Maricopa, he used StrengthsQuest in staff and faculty development; career coaching of traditional and nontraditional students; advising career changers; and developing strengths-based programs in collaboration with workforce development, academic, and student affairs to attract and retain at-risk students. As Director of Career Services at California State University San Marcos, Ron worked closely with first-year programs, student affairs, and academic affairs faculty and administrators to transition the university to a strengths-based campus.
Ron received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Grand Canyon University and his master's degree in education from Azusa Pacific University. He is working toward his doctorate in organizational leadership from North Central University. His Signature Themes are Futuristic, Individualization, Maximizer, Relator, and Achiever.
