Khaki Wunderlich

Dean, Organizational Success and Learning, Tompkins Cortland Community College

Khaki Wunderlich, J.D., is currently Dean of Organizational Success and Learning at Tompkins Cortland Community College (SUNY) in Upstate New York. Khaki also serves as a StrengthsQuest Advisor to Gallup's StrengthsQuest program.

Khaki's previous roles at the college include classroom teaching and academic and disability support services. For more than 15 years, her interests have focused on strengths-based professional and academic development and the application of neuroscience research to learning in higher education.

Khaki leads her college's strengths-based initiatives for organizational, student, and staff development, and she is a trained appreciative inquiry facilitator. She regularly presents and conducts trainings on college and university campuses at the state and national level.

Khaki received her bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz in psychobiology and a juris doctorate degree from the Cornell University Law School. She has completed extensive additional graduate work in science and education at Cornell University and Binghamton University. Her Signature Themes are Maximizer, Strategic, Input, Ideation, and Arranger.
